Kappa Publishing Group, Inc. is proud to offer the “Win Lexicon GO!” Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am EST on October 1, 2018, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2018 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2018. You may enter to win this Sweepstakes by completing the entry form in our magazines, or at www.KappaPuzzles.com/LEXICONGO, , or you may request a mail-in entry form by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Kappa Publishing Group, Inc. - ATTN: LEXICONGO , P.O. Box 750, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania 19034.  Sweepstakes eligibility for mailed-in entry forms will be based on the date the mailed-in entry is received.  Entries from a third party or entries sent in bulk will not be accepted and deemed void. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Limit one entry per person and/or email address. Multiple entries by a single entrant or a single email address shall be void without further notice.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is run by Kappa Publishing Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older as of October 1, 2018, and who are physically located in and legal residents of the United States. Void in all other states and territories, including Puerto Rico, and where prohibited.  All contests are void in the province of Quebec, and residents of that province are not eligible to enter or win.  Employees, their immediate families, and household members (whether related or not), of Sponsor, or its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, judging, and promotion agencies (collectively “Sponsor Parties”), and respective employees of each are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all United States federal, state, and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of the winner.

PRIZES:  Two hundred fifty (250) Winners will receive Lexicon GO! a brand new word tile game from Winning Moves UK (one prize per individual).  Prizes will be awarded once the Sweepstakes entry period has ended.  Sponsor will provide the names and addresses of the winners to Winning Moves for the sole purpose of them mailing the prizes.  Prizes will be shipped by Winning Moves from the United States to the winners at the address provided upon notification of winning. Any federal, state, and local taxes and any duties on a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The winners will be chosen from a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.  The prize drawing will take place on or about January 15, 2019. The winners will be notified by email within approximately two (2) weeks of the drawing.  If an email address is not provided, winners will be notified by phone.  If email and phone are not available, the winner will be notified by mail.  Winners must respond to such notification within five (5) days or another winner may be drawn at random. The winning entries will be confirmed by appropriate employees of Sponsor whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to the winner’s account information or entry form information which may interfere with or prevent the notification of a winner. To qualify for a prize, the winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Consent to Publicity, a Liability Waiver, and a federal and state tax release, all of which must be executed and returned within 10 days of the issuance of notification or such other date set forth in the notification by Sponsor. Failure to comply with all instructions in the prize notification, or if a prize is not claimed within five (5) days after prize notification or is returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the entry and the selection of an alternate winner.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: An eligible entrant must enter by completing an entry form as described in these Official Rules. Only one entry may be submitted per person. Entries will be deemed to be submitted by the natural person acting as the authorized account holder of the email address submitted. No person may enter using multiple identities or use any automated system or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries.  All entries submitted that are not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Incomplete entries are void, including any inappropriate, incomplete or duplicative entries. Neither Sponsor, nor Sponsor Parties, assumes any responsibility for late, lost, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries. Any entrant that provides materially false information shall be disqualified. By entering, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. By submitting any information or content to Sponsor Parties, including in an entry form, you represent that you have the full legal right to provide such information and that use of the information by Sponsor Parties will not (a) infringe any intellectual property rights of any person or entity or any rights of publicity, personality, or privacy of any person or entity or (b) violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: If for any reason, entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the same or a comparable Sweepstakes (or, if that is not possible for any reason, in a random drawing from among other eligible entries for any or all of the unclaimed prizes offered in a sponsored giveaway). No claimant in any dispute involving the Sponsor or any Sponsor Party shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Liability of the Sponsor or any Sponsor Party on a claim is limited solely to the value of the prize in question.  In the event, the prizes are not able to be delivered within 30 days to the winning contestants for any reason, Winning Moves will send another prize.  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value to the winning contestants.

PUBLICITY:   Participation constitutes consent to use of each Winner's name, likeness and address (city, state) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

RELEASE: By entering this Sweepstakes, you hereby certify that you have complied with all the rules of this Sweepstakes and that you have committed no fraud or deception in entering this Sweepstakes or in claiming any prize. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES THAT SPONSOR PARTIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY, THE ENTRANT FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. SPONSOR PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND THE SELECTED WINNER WAIVES ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GENERAL: Sponsor Parties are not responsible or liable for any events beyond their control, which may cause this Sweepstakes to be delayed, cancelled or stopped, including any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, nor are they responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, filtering, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, insufficient space in an entrant’s account to receive messages or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, typographical errors, technical failures, fraud, low participation, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor Parties that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes. Sponsor Parties reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. When used herein, the words “includes” and “including” and their syntactical variations shall be deemed followed by the words “without limitation.” ANY ACT OR ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ACT OR ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACT OR ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes and all matters, issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, winner, and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Requests received after March 30, 2019 will not be honored.
